  Worst experience in 25 years on EBay. Earrings were new measurements clearly listed several times in auction. Pictures even taken on green measuring board./ ruler. Buyer came in accusing me of misrepresenting size. She clearly did not read description or look at photos. Told her she could file for a refund and go thru EBay procedures to return which are straightforward. Devices to leave fake nasty vile feedback instead. Earrings are even pictured in original bag with details. Sad my 1st negative
