  The buyer claims that the item arrived damaged, I offered a full refund for the item to be returned, the buyer insisted on keeping it and getting a partial refund. I felt pressured into doing it, and I did give a refund to put the matter to rest. If the buyer didn’t love the item, they should’ve sent it back. Don’t feel pressured into giving partial refunds for this buyer. Have them provide photos to verify claims. I learned my lesson. eBay, please leave this feedback up as it is accurate.
