The ones that mother gives you
All vitamins are hard to judge as to efficacy without a lot of time and imagination. These pills look the same from all sources, and probably are the same, so price is a qualifier, and these are quite reasonable!

They will stink in oven for a while.
They are just like the more costly mats. They dont leak like my "fiberglass patch" looking mats from HK. There is a smell they emit the first time used, but I think it will vanish eventually. I got great cookies on these. Note, you will have to wash away melted chocolate chips, but easy washing. Correction, three batches of great cookies later these mats stink badly when heated to 350 F, and the smoke alarm in the next room goes off even with no visible smoke. Something bad is ionizing in the oven. It burns my sinuses. After five batches they are doing better, but do not overheat. They still look like new.
