Don't second guess it
1 of 1 found this helpful I tried 3 different pairs/types of "leather shears" before I gave in and purchased these. Immediate difference in the shear's ability to actually cut thick leather. This pair CAN. The others (3 pairs) were useless in comparison. Plus, I spent more money experimenting with other options, rather than just buying this pair. The difference is simply unquestionable. Unless you are cutting thin suede or ultra suedes, for anything substantial, these will save you time, clean up your edge, and save hurting your hands. Expensive, but worth it.
