8TB is too small of capacity for todays professional..
8tb is too small in this day of 4K and large and large RAW files.. How about 100 tb drives? You laugh.. But there are solid state drive the size of a SD card. Some day real soon.

I only use this machine to make double espressos. If you have the right beans, ground to the exact degree, and pack the handle the right pressure and draw for the right time, you will indeed have the perfect espresso with the perfect density, flavor and crema. Making a great espresso is a SCIENCE, not an art. Once you have the great espresso in you, then you can create art. This is a fine machine , but you MUST not variate once you have found the perfect, beans, grind, tap and pull. You MUST also buy a real metal TAPPER to press the ground coffee into the proper density \using the proper pressure. The build in plastic tapper , machine right in the front will not do a proper job. You must buy a proper metal tapper for about $10.00 on EBAY. But this inexpensive/cheap machine will make a perfect espresso with the CREMA CREMA CREMA
