Disappointed in the quality
This review has nothing to do with the seller. My transaction was perfect and the wiper arm assembly arrived in perfect condition and on time.
My wiper arm assembly review... I had no problems with the installation and you couldn't tell the difference between it and the OEM factory wiper arm assembly except that the structure of this part was made from plastic with a metal spline insert that attaches to the wiper motor (the OEM assembly is metal in the structural area). Well, it failed right away. I didn't even drive the car yet. It had rained and snowed and the blade must have froze on the back glass. I turned the wiper on and the wiper arm assembly completely broke off of the car and landed in my driveway. I guess I got the wrong weather at the wrong time. Spend the extra $20 and get the Ford OEM wiper arm assembly.
