Excellent quality!
These flags are really well made. They've held up in the roughest of storms. They're a real eye catcher!

Not what expected!
These spinners do not have the bearings on the outer rings. The only one that spins is the center hub. I believe this is why they don't spin as smoothly or as long. They are still entertaining but you get what you pay for.
