Effective sunscreen, arrived in perfect condition
The product that was sent to me was manufactured in March 2020 (batch code 0073ED), and in original packaging. The shelf life of sunscreen should be ~3 years, so that's no problem at all. It arrived in perfect condition in the expected time frame.
As for the actual product, it applies and reapplies well, drying down to a semi-matte finish on dry skin without pilling or flaking (I'd imagine it might be a bit shiny on oilier skin types). The fragrance is strong, but it fades rapidly and I knew it was there before purchasing the product, so I wasn't surprised by it or anything. I'm on isotretinoin so I burn easily (fitzpatrick type IV skin, normally never burns, always tans), and I was outside in semi-shade, reapplying the sunscreen hourly for several hours and didn't burn or tan, so this sunscreen is extremely effective when used properly, though on the expensive side. There is a faint white cast on medium-light skin, though it's more brightening than ghostly for me, which I like. I can't say much on the discoloration fading efficacy of the tranexamic acid in this product, since I haven't been using it very long, and it's not my every day sunscreen.
