It will work as described, as soon as I get out of rehabilitation after breaking my right hip.

Rusted connections
This item was USED. The fact it was free shipping did make it a good value. It looks like someone got it out of a junk yard. It had rust on the connections. I hope the insides are OK & it is usable. I have NOT used it yet.
