Sigma art 50mm f1.4 canon
Having owned numerous canon L lenses, including the 50mm 1.2L, I can say without question that the sigma art 50mm f1.4 is the sharpest lens I have seen to date. I also own the sigma 85mm art and although unbelievably sharp, the 50mm beats it in every category !!
At this price point it’s a no brainer.

Great lens despite its age
This is a 30 year old lens that was one of the beat in its class when made.
Image is sharp and has beautiful colour rendition.
If you can find one used in good condition buy it!!
