If you have other tools with this battery it is well worth it.
Nice tool bought for my helper, he had the rest of the tools but he loves my makita but this uses his battery so it works out just great. Great price and he loves it, every carpenter should have one IMHO.
The only down side is it is a bit heavier than mine and maybe a bit less power but still a good unit.

Other than my misplaced pop rivet tool it went right in and works perfect.
