Doesn't stay in place
First of all, it did not come with the Allen wrench needed for the small screws. Not an issue for me because I have tools, but someone without tools would be stuck. After installing it, the adapter sticks into the trigger area a little, so if you are used to keeping your finger off the trigger, it will be in the way. When I took my first shot, the adapter tilted away from the barrel. I moved it back and tightened the screws more, but it kept moving after every shot. Nice concept, but definitely needs more work or redesign.
