German engineering, great guard for my BMW
Clear instructions, well thought out German engineering, the construction of the guard is really good, they've used multiple pieces with kinks and rivets to creat a very strong yet light guard.
The correct amount of bolts, washers and rubber fixings, no spares, for the price I would have liked to see an extra of each bolt as the guard will have to be removed for flushing oil and changing oil filter.
Instructions were clear, take your time when looking at drawings and make sure you use the correct tapped holes on the engine sump as when using loctite this can set quickly.
Once mounted it doesn't stick out too far, great surface area and well thought out to cover key components like the sump, heat exchanger, oil filter, exhaust downpipes and catalytic converter.
If you are going to tour or green lane then you need one of these guards. Money we'll spent!
