Wow
This bit is amazing. I have been using it for electrical rough in. It drills through 2x4 and floor joists in no time. Plus doesn't splinter the wood. Im not sure how it will.go when i have to sharpen it but so good so far. I've been using ot in a m18 Hole Hawg drill.

Dont waste your money on this bit.
Bought this bit it was absolute junk. Wouldnt even drill through a 2x4 when new. It would drill most of the way through, however when the screw would poke through it would go no further. I had to force it through and ot would bust out the back of the hole. I was using this on a m18 Hole Hawg. So power wasnt the issue. End up switching to a woodowl ultra bit that bit cuts through wood like butter. I just bought this for electrical rough in. Didnt even work out of the box. I even sharpened it and it still wouldn't drill all the way through a 2x4. Let alone a floor joist. Buy the woodowl ultra or the dewalt if you need a short 7/8s bit for a holehawg.
