I messaged the seller the day I purchased the item, asking if I could Pay Extra, for faster shipping, to guarantee it arrived by the early ETA, they answered back, it usually takes two business days, then they Waited to ship it, until the day before it was due to arrive! I explained I needed it for my pregnant fiance, we were going on a trip in a big rig, in that message, and they Still Waited! It sat on my porch a full week, before we got back home to get it, thank God I live in a decent area.
