Cheaper Alternative
Have been using GGS screen protectors for some time on other cameras, this is the newest and best.

Sleeper Value
This lens is great value, don't let the cheap plastic build turn you off. The lens has six elements in a short range zoom, the fewer elements the less chance for some types of aberrations and distortions. I shoot it on a Nikon D750 with great results.

Old still works
At least ten years old, sharp with low distortion and a decent walk around zoom length. Also has macro function at the longer focal lengths. Fast focus, a little screw drive noise, but a better bargain then most of the mid-range full frame zooms. Check out the Flickr page that has over 8K photos made with this lens.
