New experience...
I've not used iridescent painting materials before, so it is a new experience for me. So far, I have only used the medium as a glaze over dark colors to give them a new appearance. I like the effect, but since it depends on ground materials in the clear binder, it shows up as small speckles over the dark color as well as a giving it a kind of metallic shine. I think it will work fine once I get more familiar with how it can be used effectively.

One of the best...
Golden products rarely disappoint. My only downside is that, like most acrylic paints, even the most opaque paints have a limited opacity, even without dilution. Painters need to keep that in mind.

Good mic for home video...
This is not a perfect microphone. I'm not sure that I would use it in most musical settings. As with most thin corded microphones, it is very prone to cable breakage. It is, however, a very cost efficient way to provide audio recordings for talking head videos.
