This seems to be a permanent fix for scaring away nuisance birds.
I bought this out of desperation and aggravation on the outside chance it will keep the birds from pooping on my front porch and bistro table. I really works well, and I mean perfectly well. The owl is light-weight unless you want to add sand in the plug at the bottom but I glued industrial strength Velcro to the owl and also to the bricks. After it dried, stuck the bird up in the corner of the porch and there it sits as a threat the birds who would have used my porch for doing their business.
