  I have received the Eargo 5 hearing aids. There was a delay in shipping and I reacted too soon. The seller did his job perfectly and was very communicative.

  Not a pleasant experience. USPS lost item for almost a month. Trying to do the right thing I refunded the buyer the full amount which he claims he never receiver though eBay said it had been completed. Soon after the refund USPS found the item and shipped to the buyer who said it was received but now will not respond to my messages. He's got the item, the money and all I got was my first negative feedback in almost 20 years of doing this.
