Like G shock, but pictures try to make a low budget watch look like the good ones
Most reviews for this watch were good, so I thought the negative ones were just being too picky. The gold face looked a lot cheaper in real life than the photos that G shock posts. The hands are the same color as the face with just a white, non- fluorescent line down the middle. In dim light, was hard to pick up the hands, especially the hour hand. If you looked at the watch for a second or two the hands were obvious, but at a quick glance like people often do, the hands were hard to see. Also, the light didn’t light up the digital display at all, and did not really light up the face. It’s just a little light bulb on the bottom of the face. It reflects off the metal around the perimeter so you could see where the hours were marked, but didn’t light up the hands or the display. Very difficult to see the time in the dark.
