Piece of junk!!!! Pain in the neck to return, the whole company is iffy at best!! A real hassle!!! Look for a different company!!!
3 of 6 found this helpful I bought this for my son who is away at college with his first apartment, being on a small budget I purchased this and had it sent to him, he had been sleeping on the floor, the “company couldn’t comprehend that I didn’t have the mattress and refused to send another until my son chopped up this one and send it to them - in which case even tho the mattress didn’t go completely flat every night he didn’t want to go back to the floor! He search and searched for a “leak” and didn’t find one anywhere - poor quality, poor policy I will never purchase from this company again and hopefully you will think twice about it too! I get not wanting to replace it with out rendering it useless first, but for 39.00 I guess he got what i paid for- Junk!! I’m only putting 1 star because I couldn’t submit a review with out one! I’m just going to buy him a better one definitely from a different company!! My son has enough to deal with going to school without having to deal with cutting this junk up and mailing it!!
