Starts up but parts are missing
The Computer turns on just fine. However, parts are missing. The screws that hold the hard drives in are missing. The hard drive cage for the second hard drive is missing completely. We modify these machines and set up Linux to run instead of windows, which cannot be secured. I don't mind the OS because we know we are going to get rid of Win10. But the missing hardware is not good at all. The back cover only has one screw holding it on. I did not open the delivery box until yesterday, because I have been out due to a family member that has a terminal condition. I would have opened it up sooner. Now, I have to find the parts. We know these machines really well, including how to disassemble the laptop, and replace the screen. I know what I am looking at and what is missing.
