Works well within specifications, but is sensitive to external power problems
Very good value, but you must make sure the power to it stays within the specifications.
too high or too low of voltage could cause it to fail.

good product, but not proceted short circuit of output at near full power settings.
While trying to use it to revive a shorted NiCad battery the unit was damaged beyond repair, the output in not fuse protected. I would recommend placing a 5 amp fast blow fuse in series with its output.

much less than expected
While I did receive them with in a week, and they appeared in like new condition, when tested, they did not work as well as the 13 year old, lesser rated, batteries that I need to replace.
On the average they had only 1/3 their rated capacity.
