"Good knees & legs strengthener"
1 of 1 found this helpful I am very pleased with my Fitness Exercise Aerobic Step with the risers. I have had two knee replacements and went to therapy after my operations to help my knees get stronger so I can go up and downstairs easier. They had this exact exerciser step w/ the risers there and it helped a lot for my knees. So I bought this one and it is exactly the same thing at the physical therapy rehab. I do recommend this for anyone like in my predicament or anyone who just needs to or wants to strengthen and keep fit. It's very good for the knees and legs. It's not to big and it is not heavy to move around if you want to. I keep mine in the living room with my exercise bike. Awesome thing to have. It helps me out a lot and I love it!
