So cute and fun!

The Chala's Horse-Key Fob/Coin purse is very cute and well made. I bought some as presents for teenage girls that ride horses, english style. They can hang them from their backpacks or use the the key fob part when they start driving. They can keep some money in it too if they want.

Appreciated the Meal Plans

I skimmed much of the book, but really liked that it has meal plans for different levels of carbohydrate intake. Other books had recipes, but I needed help with looking at full days worth of food. There are recipes in the book and chapters on how to proceed on the ketogenic eating plan. I liked that it talks about the health improvements beyond weight loss with the ketogenic nutritional plan.

This is the second book in a series writ...

This is the second book in a series written by Anne Hillerman. She takes a different view from her father's, Tony Hillerman, books on these characters. I like that she takes on Manuelito and Chee's viewpoints. I enjoy the story, I'm not done yet, but the writing style is good.
