Excellent value
Lock appeared identical in all respects to the one taken off. Very good price and performs perfectly.

Good Product
I use it to keep a small lead acid accumulator charged - battery is used intermittently for door lock operation. Charger has been in use for a couple of months with no problems. A good product.

Useful but serious safety implications.
These products look good and serve a very useful service but there are serious drawbacks.
The quality is very suspect - one broke in my hands when I was just playing with it. The metal tongue which is inserted into the existing seat belt buckle is made from much thinner material than that of a standard seat belt.
The accompanying instructions are in appalling English and difficult to interpret. I think the manufacturer is warning that the product should only be used at low speeds and that they will take no responsibility for any failure. This is not apparent in their web site.
The device makes my seat belt attachment much more accessible (Fiat 500) and stops the extremely annoying warning noise (I always wear a belt but not necessarily immediately before starting off}. But am I risking my life???
