A good alternative if you can't find the original Wusthof knife
The blade on this knife doesn't have the support of the original Wusthoff paring knife, but it is a good alternative if you can't find the original. I have one of each in my kitchen because one is always in the dishwasher. The handle is dishwasher safe which is nice.

One of my kitchen essentials
My father gave each of his kids one of these about 20 years ago. Mine is still going strong. I plan to give each of my kids one this Christmas. This one was part of the collecting of them on ebay. I love fresh squeezed orange juice in the winter and this little baby makes the job sooo easy.
