picky tortoise's?
1 of 1 found this helpful I have a Greek and a Russian tortoise and the block has been in the habitat in several different places in eating areas for about 3 weeks and they haven't nibbled on it or done anything but crawl over it. I even took the cuddle bone out but they show no interest in it. Are they just picky or am I doing something wrong?

has issues
It does what I bought it for, it kept the insulin in my pump cool when I was outside in the 110+ temps here in the Phoenix area. However the pouch that you put your pump in and then place it in the cooling pouch is supposed to keep your pump from getting wet. It doesn't and I am not sure why. I called the maker of the pouch and they were going to talk to the supplier and get back with me, never have. I also contacted the company I purchased the pouch from and I have never heard anything from them.
So if you purchase this and live in an area where there is excessive heat you can do like I do and I put a piece of paper towel around my pump two layers thick and stick it in the waterproof pouch and then put it all in the cooling pouch. The paper towel is damp but at least you pump is not wet.
