Powerful filter, easy to use
I'm purchased this filter as an add-on to my Fluval FX6 in my 180 gallon.freshwater tank. Very easy to set up with some amusing translations from Chinese; runs quietly. I like the spray bar outflow and the protein skimmer. No problems thus far after 2 weeks of flawless operation. I turned off the UV light because other reviews mentioned it fries the plastic trays, but good to have the option of turning it on in case of an outbreak of blue-green algae or parasites. Like others, I would have liked carrying handles on the outside. This is a powerful filter for the price; cheaper plastic than the FX6 but seems to have equivalent output. What could be better?

Replaced PVC tubing with Fluval A20015
Fluval A20015 Ribbed Hosing (Non-Kink) is just the right size to fit the Sun-Sun intake and outflow and solved the problem of kinking of the stiff PVC tubing that comes with the filter. The plastic construction is flimsy. One of the decorative bottom flanges broke (cosmetic only). Still working fine after 2 years and very easy to clean and reassemble.

Bought these for the color
Beautiful mossy brown that goes with everything. Fabric is deliciously soft though not too stretchy. Medium was too small for me (5'6" 130 lb). The large is more comfortable but will need to take in the waist.
