Good overall workout. Good for somebody starting out.
Traditional workout 3 sets with rest in between. Good for beginners learning to train on weights without a personal weight trainer.

Great product, good price, don't need to spend $$$$ at CPA etc.
Well TurboTax is a good product anyway but I certainly enjoyed the price I paid for it here vs. other sites (or TurboTax). I like TurboTax because it can import information from my bank and investment accounts which makes it extremely easy to file.

It's good workout (others better). I wish Cathe would do a straight training video and forget the cardio.
It's good workout (others better). I wish Cathe would do a straight training video and forget the cardio. It would suffice for short travel trips but for a long trip I'm going to have to drag my weights around.
