There are some design flaws with this 27...

There are some design flaws with this 27-foot pole saw/tree pruner which make it very difficult to use when extended beyond 4- extension (including the pole attached to the head); 1. The rope sometimes comes out of its pulley track while moving the head up through tree branches to the limb you're trying to cut. 2. Need to pull rope handle very hard to cut small branches. 3. Pole is very flimsy when extended (4 or more extensions) causing it to flail around. Blade doesn't stay in the cut slot.

Not working as led to believe.

Clips can no longer be viewed in the Blink app and the wrong motion activated video clip from a camera that was triggered is either not available from USB storage or displays a previously locally stored clip from a different camera after the Trial Subscription (Cloud) is cancelled or deleted. Not working as led to believe.
