    Hi, and welcome to Dodie's Cupboard. I'm an empty-nester mom of 6 grown kids and 9 grandchildren. I had to stop selling for several years due to health problems, but I'm back to give it another try. My parents were in the antique business, and I have been a lover of antiques and vintage goods for most of my life. I also love crafting and cooking, so some of that might show up occasionally.

    Good Deal
    I was pleased to replace my battery for a tenth of what the stores were asking. It was easy to do. Instructions were clear, tools included and I liked that they were magnetized to keep hold of the tiny screws. The little plastic tool did break, but I still got it done.

    I've been waiting a long time for a Vitamix, and I just love it!
    I absolutely love my Vitamix! I had been saving for a long time to get one, and had initially intended to get the 5200. But I found this one at a good price and ended up buying it, and I just love it. I am loving my healthy smoothies. Also, I make raw soups, which were a little gritty in my regular blender, but they are super creamy in the Vitamix.

    A wonderful learning tool!
    I love this book! I used it extensively in homeschooling my son, then handed it on to my grandson when he started homeschooling. But I just had to get another one to have here with me. I homeschooled my six kids for over 22 years, and have found that the mental math in this book is far more valuable in everyday life than textbook math. Highly recommended!
