Steams Well! Drips some as expected while using, wheels not 360.

This steamer makes a good and long amount of steam! I've used it twice so far, and it does drip water from steam accumulating in the hood where your head is. I suggest having a towel nearby and just wiping the bonnet/hood rim while using it when the drops start to accumulate. Also, good to wrap your head/face in an absorbent cloth to keep water drops from forming on your face and dripping down. Wish the wheels were 360, because that would make rolling the unit easier. Unit tilts towards the heavier hood side, and It's less if you tighten the bottom screw and height adjuster knob, but mine is still tilting. I didn't see instructions on how to clean this, but maybe you just run vinegar through it periodically. I have enjoyed using it so far!
