Handy size and is a good size for table serving
I have several cornflower pieces. Just thought I'd buy a piece for my neighbor. The piece is perfect but the lid had a tiny chip on the edge. Still usable...

DISAPPOINTING, TIRESOME
Altho the copywrite of this book is 1990, it seems that portions of the novel appeared in other publications in 1973 and 1978 so i can only assume that this book was written much earlier than 1990. It lacks the style, finesse, suspense and plot twists and turns of his later novels. It was like reading just another version of Beauty and the Beast. Almost amateurish. I stuck with it thinking it had to get better but it didn't. It's hard to believe the same man who wrote such awesome novels as The Keep, The Tomb, Conspiracies, Black Wind and the incredible Repairman Jack series also wrote The Tery. Had this been my first venture into the world of F. Paul Wilson and determined to own every word he ever wrote I probably would never have bought another of his books. My recommendation????....Unless you're a collector....pass it up.
