Relevant for the Times

Personally, I think it would be something relevant for the times. Though the movie was made in 1938, it echos some individuals concerns of the present. Though it seemed a bit strange for the times, I felt it promoted a healthier type of life style than what is sought by many these days, mainly those searching for wealth and power and gives refreshing morals.

Fun

I guess it depends on who is watching a movie, but I love this movie. It's a bit dry at times, but the interaction between Walter Matthew and Jack Lemmon is always engaging and the chemistry between the two makes their movies very appealing. I felt all the actors made this a fun movie.

Beach Boy's Style Plus More

I heard a couple of songs through a friend and loved them. The group, on this particular album, sound like the Beach Boy's harmony. Though I always enjoyed the Beach Boys, I think I enjoy this album more, due to it mainly dealing with love songs.
