Picture showed the cartridges as clear, but they are black.
1 of 1 found this helpful The cons was that the picture of the cartridges was clear and when I received them they were black and I have not been able to find the spot to put the ink in them. With the clear ones, it showed that it was a little black, magenta & the other color caps on it to open and replace the ink. I had looked for a phone # on the invoice to call about it, but there was not one.
