Necessity for any stringed instrument shop!
Much needed tool for guitar or stringed instrument shops. OK.. you CAN nip the tangs with a fret cutter, but you'll have to file MUCH more material under the bead for each fret. these work very well. They're quick and don't take much force.
Necessary for refrets where you're working around the existing binding, nibs, etc. or even for a slight cut when you don't want the tangs fighting your beveling job. You have to file a TINY bit to get it perfectly flat but it doesn't take much effort. This doesn't crimp and warp the tang either--clean cut. Think of when you need to refret a mandolin or small instrument and it's very difficult to hold the small frets doing it the old way.
If you do refrets you need one. I may get the "deluxe" next if that one is strong enough to cut stainless frets too.

These are the smaller size
If you're reading this you should know these are the SMALLER size bean bag wrist support.
I used to have the typical larger size ones they sell in Staples. I needed a replacement, this was cheap, and it worked out. I only really needed a smaller one and I'm glad I got this, but some people may see the picture in the listing and think it's one of the larger style. This is only 4 inches by 2-2&1/2 so just make sure you're ordering the correct thing. Good for me though--perfect size. The larger one hung over onto the edge of my laptop & this one fits in that space better.

For this price you won't be disappointed.
This is heavy glass and well made. There's considerable weight to it, and it resembles the classic lunch counter/soda fountain dispenser you'd expect. It holds the standard size bendable straws, the paper straws, and the slightly longer colorful bendable straws as well. I wanted something nicer than the cheap-o plastic one we had in the kitchen, and this was SO nice I bought another. For this price you won't be disappointed.
