Childhood Favorite
My dad used to read this book to me as a kid, now Im glad to be able to read it to my daughter.

Poorly made
2 of 5 found this helpful Detent hole for safe is too deep, groove much too shallow. Took an hour of deburring and fitting to get it to function at all. Before massively deburring, it would stick on safe to the point where you need to remove the grip to get the selector off safe. The cheap standard selector from mil spec dpms parts kit originally in the lower worked just fine.

Nice fit and finish
I was very impressed by the way it’s put together, the anodizing is quite nice, easy to clean. It holds temp well, and accurately. The switches and buttons on the controller have a quality feel, no grittiness or catching.
