  Seller charged more than 1/3 of the price for shipping, but the item was delivered only wrapped in craft paper for protection. Not surprisingly there was shipping damage; a large puncture on the display box. Being a collectable item, I messaged the seller about my concerns, but it felt like I was speaking to a wall. Due to the lack of shipping and handling care, and subsequently ruining the condition of the item, and the lack of communication, this transaction has gone poorly.

  It takes two to tango.Packaging was inadequate, and that's why you were only being charged $10 to ship a box of that size. I didn't advertise, and you didn't ask. And as a seller, don't pretend you don't know shipping costs.As for communication... I'm not here for witty banter. You asked for a discount, and I countered with a full return. You accepted the return, and I sent a label via ebay. You closed the return and messaged me again fishing for a discount. That's when you got ignored.
