Sony PlayStation TV 1GB Console - Black

A compact device at a great price

It's a great little thing. You hook it up with a psp charger and hdmi cable and you're good to go. You can choose between 1080i, 720p and 480p. It plays some ps vita games, but not all. Check online for compatibility in your region. Generally touchscreen/motion heavy ones won't work. But if you like mostly RPGs/Japanese games and portability isn't a worry this couldn't be better. It's certainly not for everyone but for me I love the thing and it's perfect. It can also do remote play with PS4 games, which I haven't tried but is a welcome feature if I ever buy a ps4. You can connect a PS3 or ps4 controller to it, my sixaxis works perfectly. Keep in mind that it's very small and light so you may want a stand or something, and it's mostly intended to be a single player device. Great if you hook it up to a monitor in your room like I do.

Good for a games setup

I have my monitor, PS4 pro, switch, laptop charger, ps TV, and 3ds charger hooked up to this with 2 free slots left. It does the job and I've had no issues at all.
