The Party
1 of 2 found this helpful I was surprised--This falls short of Sellers' typically excellent wit. His accent is excellent. But British humor is normally superior because it relies on word-play; this film, on the other hand, is a pastiche of sight-gags and pratfalls, most of which are predictable and tired. Still, this is an older movie, and the gags might have been fresh when it was released and have become dated only because of their repetition in American sit-coms.
