Want to start rebuilding your health this is it
I do not think their are any cons. This is the purest and best cod liver oil out their. I do a lot of things to make my health better. It is not about taking just one thing.
However when I started using the FCLO I noticed how my back was doing a lot better. Than I added the butter oil to it. Dr. Weston Price used the 2 together for his patients. Their was improved energy ans mental clarity.
If their is any supplement to start rebuilding your health with this is it. The vitamin A and D in the FCLOBO along with vitamin K make all the other vitamins and minerals work a lot better.
