Very good grinder
Writing a revue about a grinder... It's a grinder! But wait; it's one of the nicer ones... It's very well balanced in your hand with even with a 6Ah battery. It does every job I used it for with ease, from cutting bars to aluminum, to sheet... I do not cut rails (LOL) as some tool people on YT do... Also I don't understand the need to do such. It's a fine grinder, that's it!

It's for those in search of great Analog Stereo and surround alltogether.
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought the ROTEL RSX-1056 after doing a time consuming research in the market of AV receivers with audiophile capabilities. Since I was specifically looking for a NON HDMI model, I had to go back to find one from the PRE - HDMI era. I was interested ONLY in the analog sound it is able to produce because I own a high end CD/SACD/Blure Ray player and I wanted to take advantage of the DAC in that one.
My Direct Tv content is fed over optical cable into the Rotel and it does a good job decoding the surround too. Also DirectTv goes to Tv over HDMI with no bypass and any signal loss. In my opinion, even so, you have to run two different cables, this gives best results.
The power is not 100Wpc, but 75Wpc.
The sound is what I expected but when it comes to sound there are a lot of things to consider, most important is the source and second but of same importance are the speakers. Such a device can only be as good as the weakest link in your set-up. The better the source and speakers the more satisfaction you will get out of the receiver. The original remote control is a total mess, but this is the same mess with many other receivers in this class. I'm using instead a Logitec Harmony which has a more appropiate shape and will handle all my gear.
As being an audiophile, I was mostly interested in the basic features like the pure Stereo (Bypass Mode) with sound only on the front speakers L + R. This is something this ROTEL RSX-1056 does superbly. I consider as beiung a convenience the fact that I can have this fine Stereo sound AND a surround system in a single device.
Not 5 stars because of the unusable remote control (bad design, but works)

Nothing to write home about
2 of 4 found this helpful The power is there, but the ergonomics are terrible and so is the weight. I got the 18V stubby impact wrench as well and it's a much better feeling and balance. I dislike the battery being in the handle and making the entire machine chunky. It's also very loud compared to DeWalt, which I grew to love a lot lately. All in all it's a love or hate kind of device. If you like the bulky handle, you will like it, if you prefer the more slim handle of bottom mounted tools, you will most likely hate it. Since I have no reason to justify a return, I will get rid of it locally; it's not for me. I don't have a brand loyalty and I don't mind having different battery eco-systems to work with.
