Fit and works perfectly on my maytag 2000 series washer.
Took about ten minutes total to get the part in and pumping in my front load maytag 2000 series washer. I burnt out the old one because the drain tube was a couple feet down in my drain for some reason as upsides to 4 inches as recommended. The drain tube got clogged up and burnt out the pump. My clothes were coming out wet because the washer wasn't going into high speed spin because the water was remaining in the tub.
