Used the remote from my other Apple TV to set it up.
Works great! Did not include cables or remote but it worked with what I had.

I was concerned that purchasing a new battery might not be worth it. But what a great boost it gave my little blower, returned it to work like new.

Why pay more?
I'm amazed how many things I need this particular battery for. I see them for sale in a variety of stores and I'm always amazed at the price they're asking. That's why I always purchase them on ebay... simply can't be beat for price and convenience.
