Best portable compressor for auto and general use
Bought MF1040 as a gift for a friend. I've had one for 17 years and recently replaced the old hose and bag. The unit is durable and reliable.

Sounds good
Just the thing for the sound system at the church. 10 segment level display is very useful, as is the adjustable high pass filter for stopping low frequency garbage from overloading the LF amps and subwoofers. Sounds good, 1/3 octave bands of EQ very useful.

Works well in church
Works well in church setting. The previous board had only 4 Mic inputs, this has 8. The only thing this board doesn't have that the old board had was a switchable high pass filter on the input of the Mic channels. This is accomplished on the EPM8 with the bass tone control. Sound quality is much improved over the old Mackie board. The 90 degree connectors on the inputs of the old board had to be changed to straight connectors because the cables entered the inputs from the board side, covering the input trim controls.
