Great Beginner's Workshop!
This is a great beginner's workshop! The motor has the power needed to work with light woods and the workshop does reconfigure into 4 working power shop tools. There is a large book of plans for projects that are achievable with just this kit and the additional glue and plywood. A small quantity of wood does come with the kit. Safe for young and old alike, so crafters who want a simple lathe or to try some scroll work will enjoy it too. As with any tool, the beginner should be guided through the early stages to learn basic set up and shop safety. Again, an excellant introduction to shop tools without the worry of the injuries that full power tolls can infict if mishandled. Wood refill packs are available but Craft or Building Supply stores can provide perfect replacement.
