I'm a teacher making learning more 3D hands-on/visual and FUN. I create a welcoming, safe space students look forward to returning to daily. 99% of my experiences here have been EXCELLENT, reflected in stellar reviews for sellers with over 190 positive, genuine reviews for me. The 1% was a seller unwilling to fairly resolve issues she could have avoided and who continues to be unprofessional, vindictive bc she did not like my factual feedback. I blocked her since she still emailed months after bc she thought she ruined my purchases with other sellers and wanted to gloat, but, ironically helped me. Unless items are still new in the box never removed, all defects/damage should be disclosed in writing by sellers bc pics can NOT show everything so buyers can make an informed decision without being duped or forced to return everything else that is fine. Continued BLESSINGS to all the professional, responsible, ethical sellers here who help students and their teachers!
