Nice collection of one mariachi band
I was looking for a collection of the best of the various mariachi bands. I have not been able to find such a collection; it is always the best of one and only one mariachi band, but, that being said, this is a very nice collection of music and I enjoy it very much.

Lots of horns.
Have been searching for a mariachi cd with a good variety of music, but find most of them sound like songs by the same group of musicians. This cd is no different. There is a plethora of music dominated by a brass section, especially strong trumpet and very little vocals. You have to get nearly 15 songs in before you hear vocals. Over all the sound quality is good and I find the music enjoyable

Fun, but not great!
There was not a great variety of music; could have been the same mariachis for most of the songs. There is a lot of accordion, which I enjoy.
