Best investment to your health
This watch has a larger screen and can show more stats than my old Alta hr. My messages come thru and now I have the options to reply, close or mark as read all on the watch screen with just a touch. All in all this is a very good tracker and the fact that its waterproof is a added bonus!!!

I love it...easy to use and enjoy changing the watch faces to match my mood. A wonderful substitute for the Fitbit
